Holiday Closure August 2025 - Store & Logistics

Dear customers of Pistilleria.it ,
Every now and then, we too need to rest our eyes, hands, and… shipping boxes!
For this reason, from August 9th to 17th we are taking a short summer break.

📦 Shipping

• Our site is always online and up-to-date , so you can continue shopping at any time.

• However, shipments will be suspended during the holiday period.

• All orders placed after 10:00 am on Friday 8 August will be processed starting from Monday 18 August , following the priority acquired by our system during checkout.

☎️ Customer Care

• Our customer service will take a few days off, but we will continue to monitor urgent logistical situations , such as:

  • delays in ongoing shipments,

  • unblocking of stocks,

  • support for orders already shipped.

• All other requests (order cancellations, returns, product information) will be processed from August 18th .

💡 Important note regarding returns : the return period will be suspended during the summer holidays. You will have 7 additional days to return the product.
